ELYSE CHATTERTON

Elyse started work as a butcher the moment she left school and worked for her family in a butcher's shop called The Hind 1/4 in Lancashire, England.  She hails from a Dairy farming family in Out Rawcliffe, UK and moved to Edmonton nearly 2 years ago.

Elyse uses her classical English Butcher training to add modern twists to meat like blending new and exciting sausage flavours, creating meaty treats with puff pastry and give her some butchers twine and any joint of meat can be made into a shining start of the dinner table.

Elyse can also be found blogging over on Life Without Lemons, where she shares family recipes, occasional meat stories and lots of gin and tonic!
